• Educate buyers on neighborhoods and all other pertinent information
• Keep buyer updated on any new properties to the market that might fit the buyers needs
• Advise buyer on values and prepare a written comparative market analysis once buyer identifies desirable property
• Prepare, present, and negotiate the best terms and price possible for the buyer.
• Assist in preparing a schedule for all inspections including; pest control, appraisal, appointments in accordance with the buyers physical inspection contingencies, and successful close of escrow
• Tour and search the area of your choice for homes which meet your requirements
• Complete an estimated settlement statement showing your expenses
• Work closely with you throughout the escrow process
• Review closing statement with buyer and escrow officer
• Assure keys and access are delivered upon notification of recordation
